Cancellation Policy

Ananda Marga Yoga Wellnes Center reserves the right to cancel a retreat at any time.  If a retreat is cancelled, you will be given a  minimum of 1 weeks notice and receive a full refund.  Cancellations can be transferred to another retreat date.

If You cancel your Retreat booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking:

i. Refunds are available up to 20 days before the start date of the program, your fee can be transferred to another retreat (less a NT$500 processing fee).

ii. If a cancellation occurs between 19 days and 72 hours before the start date of the program, your fee can be transferred to another retreat (less a NT$2,000 cancellation fee*). 

iii. If a cancellation occurs between 72 and 48 hours before the start date of the program, there is a NT$3,000 cancellation fee.*

iv. No credits or refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours before the start date of a program, or for no-shows, or for leaving an event early. 

*Please allow 7 days for processing of fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available (less a NT$500 processing fee) up to twenty days before the start date of the program.  If a cancellation occurs between twenty days and 72 hours before the start date of the program, your fee can be transferred to another retreat (less a NT$2,000 cancellation fee).  And if a cancellation occurs 48 hours before the start date of the program, there is a NT$3,000 cancellation fee.*

No credits or refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours before the start date of a program, or for no-shows, or for leaving an event early.  Please allow seven days for processing of fees.

Retreat Rules

Please note that this retreat has a rule of no smoking and no alcohol within the retreat.

Travel Advice

We can advise re visa and travel requirements, however it is your final responsibility to ensure your travel documents are in order.

As it is the requirement of most countries, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after return date.

We strongly advises that you have adequate travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey. Although we offer full care, we cannot accept any responsibility if you choose not to cover yourself appropriately.

 

*Refunds are issued via Paypal and the receiver is liable for the transfer charges.

  1. I. Group Booking Requirements

    1. Minimum Participants: 30 people

    2. Payment Schedule:

      • ▸ 6 months prior: Pay 50% deposit (registration completed)

      • ▸ 1 month prior: Pay remaining 50% balance


    II. Cancellation Policy (If Total Participants Fall Below 30)

    1. Replacement Rules:

      • If a participant cancels and reduces total below 30, replacements must be found independently

      • Replacement members do not need to repay the deposit—they inherit the original booking

    2. Refund Restrictions:

      • No refunds for deposits or paid fees unless replacements are secured

      • Organizer does not provide a waitlist; replacements must be arranged by the group


    III. Group Cancellation Policy (If Total Remains 30+)

    1. Deadline Calculation: Based on camp start date at 00:00 (e.g., “48 hours before” = by D-2 00:00).
