TRAVEL OPTIONS
Choose the route that works for you.
The fastest option from northern Taiwan is usually the High Speed Rail to Tainan, followed by a taxi to the retreat center.
FROM TAOYUAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Airport MRT + High Speed Rail
1. Take the Airport MRT from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 to Taoyuan HSR Station (A18).
2. Take the High Speed Rail from Taoyuan to Tainan HSR Station. The reserved-seat fare is currently NT$1,190.
3. From Tainan HSR Station, take a taxi directly to Ánanda Suruci. Allow approximately 50–60 minutes.
FROM KAOHSIUNG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
MRT + train to Tainan
Option 1: Take the Kaohsiung MRT from the airport to Kaohsiung Main Station, then take a TRA train to Tainan Station.
Option 2: Take the MRT to Zuoying HSR Station, then the High Speed Rail to Tainan HSR Station. The reserved-seat HSR fare is currently NT$140.
Continue from Tainan by taxi or via the Yujing bus route described below.

Taxi from Tainan HSR Station
Take a taxi directly from the station to Ánanda Suruci. The journey usually takes around 50–60 minutes.

LOWER-COST OPTION
Bus from central Tainan to Yujing
Take a Green Line bus from central Tainan to Yujing. Services depart from stops near Tainan Station and normally take around 70 minutes.
Please contact us before boarding. When you arrive at Yujing Bus Station, call or message us and we will arrange to meet you. The retreat center is approximately ten minutes away.
